This guide is intended to provide support for educators and families of English learners. Who are English Learners

Terms that refer to students:       

      Limited English Proficient (LEP)

Terms that refer to the acquisition of English:

Subject Guide

The SERC Library Now Participates in Interlibrary Loan Service!

You may now borrow up to 3 resources each from our Professional Books, Family Books, Young Peoples Books, & Archive Books collections through your town library or (if you are affliated with a university) your university library. Please contact your town / university library or call the SERC Library (860-632-1485 x 235) for assistance. We are unable to loan DVDs (IEs), instructional kits (IMs), or our Tests via Interlibrary loan.
